Today is Sunday May 10th, 2009.

Today is Mother's Day (hope you like your new cellphone and hard-to-find DVD mom!)

Today I was awoken by a cop at my front door telling me that some little hoodlums went down my street with a paintball gun and had their way. Those bastards didn't get my car but there was ONE paintball that hit my mom's Mini Cooper and another that ricocheted and splattered on my bro's 350Z. I can't really take it personally though, they idiots also got six of my other neighbor's cars.

Today is the day the the Lakers & Magic lost pivotal game 4's in the NBA Playoff Semi-Finals. FAWK.

Today is my first blog entry in OVER A MONTH. The new job actually keeps me BUSY and I LOVE it. The side-gig shooting @ Club Pearl also keeps my Saturday's booked.

Today is Sunday, and since Thursday night I've seen the new Star Trek movie TWO TIMES! And I'm still down to watch it again! Excelsior!

Today as I was editing on photoshop, my left wrist started to feel weak and powerless and I had to stop for a few hours. I HATE having to stop in the middle of editing, ARGH! I hope it's not Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Today, today, today. bleh.

I miss my typing in this blog, and I'm gonna try my best to keep this thing updated for all my -5 followers. Speaking of followers, I have sold out and started a Twitter just like everyone else. I gotta stay hip nahmean!?

I've finally collected all the parts I needed

but it wasn't my style, so I traded it away..
the headlights had to go to, and have since been replaced with GLI headlights (not pictured)





my car is now officially THREE colors!

Remembrance

A year ago today my girlfriend lost her father, Ramon Flores.

Though I didn't get to know him as much as I wanted to, I can tell you that he was a wonderful father and husband, a great friend, and a preacher of the gospel. He was selfless, non-judging and possessed a great sense of humor. If you know my girlfriend, then you have an idea of the kind of person Ramon was; she is truly her father's daughter.

2008 wasn't the greatest of times, but we've made it through and all I ask is that you tell the people you love the most that you love them and give them a great big hug.

These songs are in the same category for me -- unexplainable awesomeness!

When I hear these songs, it stirs up an emotion inside of me that I can't quite explain..these songs are just REALLY DAMN GOOD. They don't scream out bubblegum lyrics and "Poppy Hit Single" isn't what they're going for. They both sound as if they were cut from the same cloth; small parts of a much larger, unfinished story.

I guess they're just..honest? Bah, I'm gonna stop trying to explain cuz I can't.

Street Fighter 4 Hits the Consoles!

This kinda goes back to my VERY FIRST blog on here about playing Street Fighter 4 for the first time..well it's crazy how time flies, because SF4 will be hitting the xbox 360 and playstation 3 on February 17!! There will be a regular version being released and a collector's edition with bonus discs for the soundtrack, an SF4 MOVIE (Blu-Ray on ps3!), a mini strategy guide, and a collectible figurine (Ryu on ps3 and Viper on xbox)

There will also be two SF4 joysticks to be released as well, a regular gamestick and a Tournament Edition stick --



EXCITED!!

Even better news is that the home versions will included NEW (well not entirely NEW, but characters who weren't in the arcade versions) characters such as Cammy, Fei Long, Dan, Gen, Rose, and a playable Gouken!! WHOA!!

Oh man I can hardly contain myself, I feel like a kid again...anyway, the countdown begins! 2.17.09 baby!

First Off -- HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!!!

It's as if I took the whole month of December off seeing that my last blog post was over a month ago...the holidays were just keeping me busy and I was surrounded with friends, family and loved ones so I didn't have much time to sit and veg in front of the computer..well I'm back and its 2009!
